Urban Arrow is a company that has introduced electric cargo bikes to the Netherlands. There are more than 45,000 Urban Arrow bikes in use worldwide, spread across over 26 countries. They believe in bringing about change through cycling, both for our own health and that of our planet.
For all retailers selling Urban Arrow bikes, Urban Arrow wanted to create a how-to video for each model, showing how to assemble the bikes for sale. These videos are intended for business-to-business use, to make the assembly of the bikes easier.
We have chosen to film a step-by-step tutorial on location to fully highlight the assembly process of the bikes. We have also decided to add a small animation segment to emphasize where certain parts need to be mounted.
A long how-to video, including helpful animations, has been posted on Urban Arrow's YouTube channel; this channel is known for its longer average video length. Bike shops are referred to this video when they receive a box of Urban Arrow bikes and need to assemble them.
