Christmas video
ERED is an independent real estate development platform with deep roots in Egeria, where it was founded in 2015 as an in-house developer. Since becoming independent in 2024, ERED has supported both Egeria and other investors with complex urban (re)developments and high-end private transactions. With the expertise to guide complicated deals and connect diverse stakeholder interests, ERED helps turn ambitious projects into successful and future-proof places.
ERED continuously develops and delivers remarkable projects, together with a broad group of involved stakeholders. In December 2025 we produced a video showing everything ERED is working on, from construction projects in unique locations and developments in full swing to plans still in the pipeline.
The video gave a clear picture of ERED's ambition, progress and long-term vision. At the same time it was a moment of appreciation: a word of thanks to everyone involved in the projects over the past year, with warm Christmas and New Year's wishes for all partners and relations.
In early December we received the request with one clear question: could the video still be delivered before Christmas? We immediately brought in a producer and Director of Photography to sharpen the goal and create a tight schedule.
We developed a storyboard and animations in ERED's house style, so that both content and visuals could be approved in advance. We then filmed three locations in a single day, including drone footage with the necessary permission from the construction partners.
After the shoot day we started editing right away and added the pre-approved animations according to plan. Thanks to this structured and efficient approach, we successfully delivered the video within the desired deadline.
