OAK management

Oak Management is a company with over 15 years of experience in property management during vacancies. They provide complete support to property owners when a building becomes vacant (temporarily), helping to attract businesses and/or individuals to prevent vacancies. They also assist with demolition/reconstruction projects and redevelopment projects by placing (permanent) tenants in these properties. They do this in a creative and innovative manner.

QUESTION

Oak Management has asked us to create a short video (less than 60 seconds) that they can use to show property owners what they can do for them in filling their vacancies. They want to demonstrate that they provide complete support to their clients and approach each property with a fresh perspective, collaborating with the owner to help them focus on redevelopment possibilities. The video was intended to serve as a trigger for property owners to engage Oak Management for a creative, multifunctional approach. Oak Management was in the process of building a new website, so the video needed to be placed there as well.

APPROACH

Based on the input from Oak Management, we wrote a script totaling 120 words to ensure that the video would not exceed one minute in length. We also designed two style frames from which Oak Management could choose. Once they made a selection, we developed storyboards within the chosen design, which ultimately resulted in the animation video.

RESULT

In just under 3 weeks, we developed an animation video of around 60 seconds. In this video, we showcase the options that Oak Management can provide for filling vacancies, such as private tenants, business tenants, or even musicians. The video is now being used on Oak Management's new website, as well as on their social media channels and during pitches with potential clients.
