KPN is a telecommunications and ICT provider that provides both private and business consumers with (mobile) telephony, Internet and television. They also offer wholesale network services to other operators worldwide.
Through one of our partners, event agency Obsession, we were asked to cooperate on this project. KPN wanted to present their strategic plans for 2021 to all of their sales employees, with as their theme ‘Mission Maximize’. Due to covid, this was done during an online event, for which they require strong and attractive video content, such as a leader, bumper, introduction, name titles, animation for on stage and an after movie.
We were able to brainstorm on the concept and how to animate it thanks to our cooperation with Obsession Live Events. This helped us to realise all the video content in 6 weeks’ time. We filtered the provided information with the help of our copywriters to create an on-point script, we created 3D animations based on the graphics we were provided with and produced all video content and animations in the same style, corresponding with the event itself.
A complete package for an online event, consisting of a leader, bumper, intro, name titles, stage animations and an after movie. The after movie was created by using an extra cameraman to shoot dynamic shots and combining those with shots from the livestream. The event turned out to be extremely successful; visitors rated it an 8,6 out of 10, 92% of all participants remained on air during the entire event, 80% experienced genuine recognition and the feeling of celebration, 95% believed they are well-informed on the strategy set for 2021 and 90% was fully committed to making 2021 a big success.
