Upstream made a large request, which included a teaser for the event, show assets for the event (leader, bumpers), two days of filming during the event, with a speed edit of the first day to be shown on the second day, recordings of two different stages, and two aftermovies.
After a briefing from the event agency Obsession, we held a kickoff session with the organizers of Upstream 2024. In this session, we discussed the expectations, challenges, and schedule. For the filming days at the event, our producer created callsheets for each day so the crew always knew what to expect. We filmed for two full days and delivered all the requested content within a week.
