Egeria Real Estate Development (ERED) is a real estate development agency that focuses on transforming real estate in the Dutch Randstad. In doing so, ERED (re)develops real estate projects complex projects in the city centres, e.g., converting empty office buildings into housing.
For their fifth anniversary, ERED wanted to create a video to share their journey and celebrate their five years of existence. They wanted a high-end look and feel to match their services. The video was meant for displaying to both their team and close partners/stakeholders during the anniversary celebration.
We used a storyteller to dive into ERED’s story; by interviewing the team, we mapped their story and used its main theme to create a fitting video. We shot at different locations, made use of our drone, shot ground shots and used the combination of these shots to create the production.
A cheerful and dynamic video that honours all the work that ERED has done in five years’ time.
