Creative Account Manager

Are you a people person with a commercial instinct, a strong network in the creative and event industry, and the drive to independently run a sales department? Then you're exactly who we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As Creative Account Manager you’ll run your own sales department within our team. You maintain warm relationships with existing clients and know how to attract new partners. Coffee catch-ups, sporty networking drinks, or simply closing smart deals at the table – you know how to operate at the heart of the creative industry.

You:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients through cross- and deep selling.
  • Actively pursue new business and enjoy chasing fresh opportunities.
  • Network with authenticity and flair, coffee chats, drinks, parties, lunches, events. You thrive among people.
  • Set up clear sales plans and monitor them with precision.
  • Are responsible for your own sales strategy and results.
  • Collaborate with the team to roll out the broader sales strategy.
This is what defines you
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the creative or event industry.
  • You operate at a higher professional education level (HBO).
  • You have a strong network in the creative and event world, from brands and agencies to festivals and productions.
  • You’re commercially sharp, target-driven, and know how to close deals with flair.
  • You understand the power of digital services and creative content.
  • You’re independent, but love working as part of a team.
  • You keep a clear overview, work in a structured way, and take ownership.
  • You speak English fluently and hold a valid driver’s license (category B).
  • And maybe most importantly: you’re simply great to work with.
Bonus qualifications
  • Proven experience in the event industry.
  • Affinity with video, animation, or creative production.
  • Experience in lead generation via LinkedIn.
  • Smart use of AI tools in your daily workflow.
